CES 2027 Events Guide: Keynotes, Media Events and Networking in Las Vegas

CES 2027 is more than a set of exhibit appointments. Keynotes, conference sessions, media previews and business gatherings can each serve a different purpose in your week. A useful plan starts with the conversations you need to have, then checks the venue, access rules and travel time for each event.

This guide collects confirmed announcements and practical actions available as of the research date. It is not a final or exhaustive calendar. Some organizers have announced a date without a time or venue; those details are identified as pending. Recheck the linked organizer pages before booking around an event.

Register for the access you actually need

CES is a credentialed trade event for eligible industry participants aged 18 and older, rather than a general public exhibition. Review CES registration requirements before applying. Start CES 2027 registration. A submitted application, a conference entitlement and an independent event invitation are different things.

The CES conference pass comparison lists Standard access to exhibits, keynotes, Great Minds and select conference sessions, while Premium includes all conference sessions and tracks. Track customizations are also described. Check the particular session's requirements. A general CES badge does not grant media credentials or entry to an independently organized invitation-only showcase.

January 4-5: media previews before exhibit opening

CES Media Days

When: January 4-5, 2027; individual press conference times vary. Where: Mandalay Bay. Who: registered media, with each event's instructions applying. Corporate visitors should not add these to an ordinary attendee itinerary.

Action: Review official CES Media Days access and resources. Media should confirm their approval and event schedule. Companies arranging press interviews should coordinate directly with their invited contacts and verify the location and recording permissions.

Tech Trends to Watch: media presentation

When: January 4; the presentation time is not confirmed here. Where: Mandalay Bay, Level 2, Oceanside C. Who: registered media. This is the media presentation, distinct from the January 5 Research Summit session listed below.

Action: Check the media presentation details. Keep the time pending in your calendar until the organizer supplies the final schedule.

CES Unveiled Las Vegas

When: January 4, 4:00-7:00 PM. Where: Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Shoreline Exhibit Hall. Who: registered media attendees; exhibitor participation follows the organizer's separate arrangements.

Action: Review CES Unveiled attendance and exhibitor inquiries. Companies interested in presenting should use the exhibitor inquiry route on that page. The presence of a general registration button does not make this a general-admission reception.

Pepcom Digital Experience!

When: January 5, 2027; time is not verified here. Where: Las Vegas; final venue details are pending in this guide. Who: invited, qualifying journalists, influencers and research analysts aged 21 and older under Pepcom's rules.

Action: Check Pepcom's 2027 event and inquiry instructions. New media contacts should follow its media invitation instructions; companies should use the exhibitor contact route. This independent event requires its own approval. Confirm the venue and time with Pepcom rather than relying on a previous year's invitation.

January 5: conference choices and an evening keynote

The following sessions are currently listed in the official schedule. Confirm the required conference entitlement before adding them to your plan. These are useful starting points for a corporate itinerary, not the complete conference program.

The Leadership Roundtable: Hollywood, Technology, Brand

When: January 5, 9:00-9:40 AM. Where: ARIA, Level 1, Joshua 9. Who: CES participants with the appropriate Digital Hollywood conference access. Action: Review the official CES schedule; confirm your pass or track customization. Allow time afterward for a conversation without blocking the next session's entrance.

Brand + Network + Agency + Tech = Next Level Strategic Partnerships

When: January 5, 10:00-10:40 AM. Where: ARIA, Level 1, Joshua 9. Who: CES participants entitled to the Digital Hollywood track. Action: Check the strategic partnerships session listing. Staying at ARIA may be more practical than attempting a cross-campus transfer between adjacent sessions.

CES 2027 Trends to Watch, presented by CTA

When: January 5, 10:00-10:40 AM. Where: LVCC, West Level 2, W232. Who: participants with the appropriate Research Summit conference entitlement. Action: Check the Research Summit session listing. It overlaps with the ARIA partnerships session, so choose according to your business priorities.

Waymo keynote with Tekedra Mawakana

When: January 5, 6:30 PM. Where: Venetian, Palazzo Ballroom. Who: credentialed CES attendees following keynote admission and seating instructions. Action: Read the official Waymo keynote announcement and complete CES registration. Recheck entry guidance before the event; a calendar entry is not a seat reservation.

January 6: opening morning and major evening events

CTA State of the Industry Address and Stellantis keynote

When: January 6; the opening address block begins at 8:30 AM. The Stellantis keynote follows the CTA address, with no separate start time asserted here. Where: Venetian, Palazzo Ballroom. Who: credentialed CES keynote attendees, subject to admission instructions.

Action: Review the official opening address and Stellantis announcement. If your team also needs to open a booth, assign separate responsibilities and allow travel time.

Lenovo Tech World @ CES at Sphere

When: January 6, 5:00 PM. Where: Sphere, Las Vegas. Who: credentialed CES attendees under the event's additional ticketing and entry process, with final logistics still to be confirmed.

Action: Check the Lenovo Sphere keynote announcement and updates. Follow the organizer's later ticket instructions. A CES badge alone should not be treated as a guaranteed seat.

ShowStoppers @ CES

When: January 6, 6:00-9:00 PM. Where: Bellagio Hotel, Grand Ballroom. Who: approved media guests and participating companies under this independent showcase's rules. It is not a general public networking party.

Action: Review ShowStoppers @ CES 2027 details. Qualified media can request a media invitation; companies can inquire about exhibiting. Approval remains with the organizer. The 5:00 PM Sphere keynote and 6:00 PM Bellagio opening create a tight travel conflict; prioritize rather than assuming both can be attended in full.

Programs to build around your appointments

C Space at ARIA

When: January 5, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM for conference programming only; January 6-8, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Where: ARIA and the C Space campus. Who: CES participants with the access required for each session or hosted meeting.

Action: Plan a C Space campus visit. Schedule meetings near the sessions you are attending. A campus's opening hours do not mean every meeting or studio recording is open to all attendees.

CES Foundry

When: January 6, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; January 7-8, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Where: Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Who: eligible CES participants following individual program admission requirements.

Action: Review the CES Foundry AI and quantum program and confirm official program hours. Sponsored stage session applications are closed. Check current program details for attendance rather than interpreting sponsorship descriptions as open speaking applications.

Exhibit-floor appointments and tours

When: exhibits run January 6, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; January 7-8, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM; January 9, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Where: the official exhibit campuses. Who: credentialed participants with exhibit access.

Action: Verify CES exhibit hours. For organized tours, review tour options and reserve through the organizer; departure times, meeting points and capacity depend on the selected tour. Arrange a separate appointment for an in-depth product conversation.

Awards and honoree opportunities

CES Innovation Awards showcase

When: during CES 2027; exact showcase hours and booth details are not confirmed here. Where: Venetian Expo, Hall G in the current campus guide. Who: CES attendees with the required exhibit access; honoree participation follows program rules.

Action: Check the Venetian campus showcase location. Review Innovation Awards application status and honoree guidance; product applications are closed. Do not infer a public award ceremony from an exhibit listing. Honoree teams should coordinate announcement timing and any embargo before planning interviews or announcement content.

Gadgety Awards at ShowStoppers

When: associated with ShowStoppers on January 6, 6:00-9:00 PM; a separate ceremony time is not confirmed here. Where: the Bellagio ShowStoppers event. Who: eligible product entrants and approved event participants under the respective organizer rules.

Action: Review the open Gadgety Awards submission portal. Product submissions are open as of the research date. Confirm current deadlines and conditions before entering; an award submission does not by itself provide event admission.

Announced networking with details pending

International Reception

When: opening night of CES 2027; exact time is pending. Where: venue not announced in the official guidance reviewed. Who: international industry attendees, exhibitors and media described in the invitation guidance.

Action: Watch for International Reception details. Keep it on a watch list until the venue, time and entry process are supplied. Do not treat a general announcement as a completed RSVP.

Build an itinerary your team can actually use

Start with must-attend meetings and confirmed invitations. Group appointments by campus, then leave room for security, walking, queues and traffic. Use the official CES campus maps to check the exact building and room. Two sessions with different hotel names may also involve very different arrival and entry procedures.

• Record the event's date, Pacific time, room and organizer contact.
• Mark access as approved, requested or pending, with the confirmation reference.
• Check conference entitlement separately from general registration.
• Save invitations and entry instructions for offline access.
• Assign separate attendees when important events overlap.
• Reconfirm the schedule before travel and each morning onsite.

For corporate receptions and private product briefings, confirm directly with the host. An invitation forwarded by a colleague may not be transferable. Leave space for the conversation you came to have, rather than filling the calendar with events whose relevance is uncertain.

Plan original content around your attendance or hosted event

A photographer or videographer can support a specific assignment during the week: an executive interview, a permitted award announcement, scheduled podcast conversations, a reception, product demonstrations, headshots or a recap. Start with the audience and intended outputs, then reserve the people and locations needed to capture them.

Check recording permissions with the host and venue, especially at keynotes, media events and private meetings. Credentialed attendance does not automatically include permission for a commercial shoot. Assign an approval contact, agree formats and deadlines, and account for travel and simultaneous coverage before deciding crew roles.
