CES 2027 Las Vegas On-Site Photography and Video Production Services

Your product, your people, and your presence at CES 2027, each need to be captured clearly. A buyer watching a demonstration video should understand how the product works. A journalist should be able to find a useful photograph. Your sales team should receive content that helps continue conversations after the show.

Anytime Picture provides on-site photography and video production for CES exhibitors, including booth coverage, product demonstrations, executive interviews, speaker recording, event highlights, and short social videos. We also work with event hosts, speakers, corporate teams and visiting agencies that need production support in Las Vegas.

Good coverage starts with the schedule and the finished content you need. A clean booth photograph, a recorded technical conversation and an evening reception require different preparation. We plan those assignments together so the important moments have a place in the day and the deliverables have a clear purpose.

CES 2027 dates, venues and production planning

CES 2027 runs January 6-9 in Las Vegas. Media Days on January 4-5 are separate, restricted media events. Exhibit opening on January 6 is scheduled for 10:00 AM Pacific. Check the official CES dates and hours when building your production schedule.

Assignments may span the LVCC, Venetian and C Space campus groups, as shown in the official CES maps and locations. Send us your hall and booth number, launch times, spokesperson schedule and any publication embargoes. Access, credentials and filming permissions must be coordinated for each assignment, including private suites and offsite venues.

A finished, clean booth and a booth full of business activity serve different purposes. The first explains the exhibit design. The second shows people discovering the product and talking with your team. We plan time for both where the assignment allows.

- Full exhibit views that show layout and scale.
- Display details, signage and product groupings.
- Visitor demonstrations and staff interactions.
- Team pictures in the exhibit environment.
- Horizontal and vertical compositions, including room for marketing headlines.

Schedule clean views separately from peak traffic, with displays ready and unnecessary materials put away. During active coverage, identify the demonstrations and interactions that matter most. Learn more about our trade show photography services.

Product photography that makes details clear

Product images should communicate overall design, finish, interface, size and function. Reflective surfaces, illuminated screens and mixed exhibit lighting affect how those details appear. A dedicated photography window gives us time to work through those issues and make the product understandable.

Coverage can include overall views, close details, hands operating controls and photographs that establish scale or context. For a demonstration, a beginning, action and result sequence can support press materials, product pages, sales presentations and social posts.

Prepare clean samples, charged devices and approved screen content. Have a knowledgeable operator present to reset the product and confirm that it is shown correctly. Discuss any controlled setup in advance through our product photography services.

Product demonstration and launch video

A useful demonstration video explains the product to someone who was not in the room. We begin with the main message, outline the demonstration sequence, then identify supporting views of the interface, handling and important details. A presenter can explain what the viewer is seeing before the edit brings those elements into the agreed finished outputs.

Some actions need to be repeated so the editor has clear views from different angles. Screen capture can be discussed when it would help explain an interface. Confirm the launch time, reveal, spokesperson and embargo before filming. If the reveal, audience reaction and another booth activity happen simultaneously, the staffing plan needs to account for that overlap.

Executive, founder and technical interviews

Interviews can explain the problem a product solves, the thinking behind its design, important features or company direction. A founder may be best placed to discuss the reason for building the product. An engineer may give a more useful explanation of a design choice or technical function. Questions should suit the person and the intended audience.

We plan brief questions, a suitable background, sound, lighting and microphone setup, along with supporting footage that helps illustrate the answers. A quieter space is often preferable for a detailed conversation. Agree whether the scope includes a full interview, selected excerpts or both, and identify who approves names, titles and factual statements.

Customer and partner testimonials

A testimonial gives a customer or partner room to describe their own experience: the problem they faced, how they use a product or service, and the value they can truthfully explain. Specific, genuine accounts are more useful than scripted claims the participant cannot support.

Plan the questions, participant schedule and location before the show. Product footage can help illustrate the conversation. Confirm permission to record and use the material, then agree whether the deliverables include a complete testimonial or shorter excerpts. Our video testimonial production services can be coordinated with the rest of your CES coverage.

Corporate headshots and team portraits

CES can bring leadership and colleagues together in one location. A dedicated portrait session can provide headshots for speaker biographies, press materials and professional profiles, plus team photographs or environmental portraits where appropriate.

Confirm the number of people, available time, background and intended uses before the shoot. Consistent framing and lighting help a set of individual portraits work together. Schedule portraits separately from busy booth coverage so each person has a clear appointment. See our headshot photography services when preparing the brief.

Speaker, panel and presentation coverage

Short highlights and continuous session recording are different assignments. Continuous coverage requires a plan for camera positions, recording duration and sound throughout the presentation. One or more cameras can be included as scoped, with venue AV coordination for available audio feeds and a separate discussion of audience questions.

Supply the run of show, speaker permissions and any slides or presentation materials needed for the edit. Speaker photography and short excerpts can sit alongside a full recording when included in the brief. Our speaker video production services can support a coordinated set of outputs from the same presentation.

Highlight films and social edits

A highlight film brings booth activity, demonstrations, interviews, stage moments and details into a story. The right structure depends on who will watch it and what they should understand afterward. A general recap and a focused product feature edit may use some of the same footage for different purposes.

Discuss the main recap, interview excerpts, vertical versions, captions and name or title graphics before capture. Channels and audiences affect framing as well as editing. Confirm which versions are included, their deadlines and the approval process. Rapid content needs a specific production and review plan agreed in the quote.

Recorded video podcasts and conversations

Recorded video podcasts can bring executives, customers, partners, speakers and technical experts into a longer conversation. A booth, suite or meeting location can work when access, background and sound are suitable for the intended recording.

We plan camera, audio and lighting around the location and the conversation. Scheduled guests, a clear topic outline and time between recordings help the session run smoothly. Full conversations, selected segments and short excerpts can be included as scoped. Confirm location permissions and sound conditions before committing to a recording space.

Corporate events, press briefings and sponsor coverage

CES assignments often extend beyond the exhibit floor to receptions, partner meetings, private demonstrations, press briefings and award presentations. Coverage can document arrivals, the setting, key people, presentations and interactions that explain the event.

For event hosts and sponsors, activation documentation may include signage, branded environments and participation for internal records or future marketing material. Tell us which elements need dedicated attention. Location access, setup windows and travel between venues belong in the schedule. Private or restricted events require permission arranged for that assignment.

Award announcements and honoree content

An award announcement may call for product details, recipient and team portraits, short interviews, announcement clips or photographs of permitted presentations and celebrations. The intended press and social uses help determine which images and versions are needed.

The CES Innovation Awards program recognizes design and engineering in consumer technology products. For any honoree assignment, verify the announcement status, permitted wording, exact access and recording permissions before capture or release. We plan the content around those confirmed details.

Pre-show promotion

Pre-show content can help people understand why they should find your booth or attend your event while they are building their calendars. Product teasers, booth invitations, spokesperson messages, demonstration previews and speaker introductions give the audience a useful reason to take the next step.

Start with four questions: What will someone see or learn? Who should attend? Where and when does it happen? How do they book a meeting or follow up? We can prepare content through a separate pre-show production or approved existing assets. Confirm release dates and distribution plans before editing. The objective may be awareness, appointments or visits; results depend on more than the production alone.

Capture crews for agencies and remote editors

Visiting agencies and remote editorial teams may already have the creative direction and need local capture support. We can work to an existing brief covering booth activity, demonstrations, interviews, stage content and events, with responsibilities agreed before the shoot.

Begin with the shot list, schedule and on-site contact. Then confirm production roles and the camera, sound and lighting requirements. Your editor's recording specifications, file organization and transfer deadlines should be clear before capture. Raw footage, project files and proxies are included only when agreed. Explore our camera and film crew services for agency assignments.

How we plan, capture and deliver your CES coverage

  1. Define the assignment. Identify the audience, purpose and moments that cannot be missed.
  2. Agree the coverage. Map locations, activities and simultaneous events to the crew roles needed.
  3. Confirm deliverables. Set finished formats, versions, revisions, deadlines and the approval process.
  4. Coordinate access and preparation. Confirm products, people, permissions, credentials and release restrictions.
  5. Capture the work. Build time for audio, lighting, mixed screens and demonstration resets into the schedule.
  6. Edit and deliver. Follow the agreed scope, review stages and delivery requirements.

Multiple activities happening at once can change the crew plan even when the total hours stay similar. A quiet interview, a product reset and a presentation across town each need realistic time. If you need content quickly, identify the exact output, deadline and approver so the quote can account for editing and review.

Send your dates, hall and booth number, venue details, launch times, desired outputs and delivery deadlines. Include the person who can approve the work and any embargoes. The quote depends on coverage days, crew, venues, equipment, deliverables, editing and deadlines. A clear brief helps us propose coverage that fits the assignment.
