Your dental product may need a close view of an instrument, a clear demonstration of a scanner, or a conversation with the person who designed it. At a busy exhibition, those details can disappear into the background unless photography and video are planned around the message you need to communicate.
Anytime Picture provides on-site photography and video production for exhibitors at the Greater New York Dental Meeting 2026 (GNYDM) in New York City. We work with dental manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, technology and software companies, and agencies that need booth coverage, product content, interviews and event documentation at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

GNYDM 2026 dates and your coverage schedule
The meeting runs Friday, November 27 through Tuesday, December 1, 2026. The exhibition runs Sunday, November 29 through Tuesday, December 1, with exhibit hours of 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily, local New York time. Confirm your schedule against the official GNYDM general information.
For booth assignments, November 29 through December 1 is the main exhibition window. November 27 and 28 are separate meeting program dates, not a promise of access to the exhibit floor. Any production before public opening needs an approved access and setup plan. Send your booth number, demonstration times and spokesperson appointments so capture can fit the actual schedule.
Dental content needs more than a wide booth shot
Small instruments, reflective equipment, illuminated screens and precise hand movements all affect how a dental product appears on camera. A useful image should make its subject understandable, whether the viewer is a dentist assessing equipment, a practice manager reviewing software or a distributor learning the product range.
Our dental photography and video work includes practice environments, team portraits and educational content. Our healthcare video production services provide related production context. For an exhibitor, we apply that attention to the product, presenter and intended business audience, using your approved terminology and content brief.

Booth photography and exhibit documentation
A clean, finished exhibit explains your presence. Active coverage shows visitors exploring the display and speaking with your team. Plan both where access and the assignment allow, with displays ready, packaging removed and product groupings arranged before the clean views begin.
- Wide photographs showing the stand, layout and branding.
- Display details, signage and product arrangements.
- Demonstrations, conversations and team interactions.
- Team photographs and sponsor or activation documentation.
- Horizontal and vertical compositions for the agreed marketing uses.
Identify the interactions that matter most and any people or materials that should stay out of frame. Our trade show photography services can support press updates, sales presentations, internal reporting and future exhibit planning.
Product photography for instruments, devices and software
A small dental instrument may need close detail to explain its working end. A scanner or imaging device may need overall views, interface details and hands showing its use. Materials, packaging and software demonstrations each require a different visual approach. These are examples to discuss in the brief, with the setup tailored to what you are exhibiting.
Bring clean samples, charged equipment and approved screen content. Assign a product specialist who can position items, reset demonstrations and confirm accurate handling. Mixed lighting and reflections may call for a dedicated capture window. Discuss controlled setups and intended image uses through our product photography services.
Demonstration videos that explain the sequence
Start with what a viewer needs to understand: the initial setup, the action and the visible result. We can plan a presenter explanation alongside close views of controls, components and operation. Screen capture or additional detail coverage can be discussed when it would make an interface easier to follow.
Allow time for the operator to repeat steps and reset the product. A crowded demonstration can provide atmosphere, while a separately scheduled explanation can give the editor a clearer sequence. Confirm product terminology and factual statements with your approval contact. The production should explain the demonstration without adding unsupported treatment outcomes or claims.
Product launches and announcement films
A launch can include the reveal, spokesperson remarks, product details and audience response. Decide which moments need continuous recording and which need short supporting clips. If the announcement and another important booth activity overlap, the crew plan should account for both.
Pre-show teasers, an announcement edit during the meeting and a fuller film afterward can be scoped together. Agree release times, any embargo, approved messaging and review responsibilities before capture. Each output needs its own realistic editing and approval timeline.
Executive, founder and clinical educator interviews
Different speakers can explain different parts of your story. A founder may describe the problem behind a product. A technical specialist can explain a feature. A clinical educator may discuss the intended demonstration or training context using the statements your team has approved.
We plan questions, background, lighting, microphones and supporting footage around the speaker and audience. Reserve a quieter location for detailed answers where possible. Confirm names, titles, appointment lengths and whether you need a full conversation, selected excerpts or both. A short interview still needs setup time and room for a considered answer.
Customer and partner testimonials
GNYDM may bring customers and partners to the same place as your team. A planned recording gives them space to describe their actual experience, the way they use a product or service, and the aspects they can truthfully discuss.
Arrange participants in advance, confirm permission to record and use their contributions, and prepare questions that invite specific answers. Avoid scripting an experience the speaker cannot support. Our testimonial video production services can include supporting product footage and shorter excerpts when agreed.
Corporate headshots and team portraits
With colleagues gathered in New York, a dedicated portrait session can provide consistent headshots for professional profiles, speaker biographies and company materials. Environmental portraits or a team photograph may also suit the assignment.
Confirm the number of people, background, intended uses and available space. Give each participant an appointment and plan portraits separately from the busiest booth activity. Our headshot photography services can be coordinated with the rest of your coverage.
Speaker, panel and presentation recording
A short recap of a presentation and a continuous recording require different preparation. Continuous coverage needs suitable camera positions, sufficient recording time and an audio plan that works throughout the session. Audience questions and presentation slides should be discussed separately.
Confirm organizer, speaker and venue permissions, then coordinate with the AV team about available feeds and setup windows. Supply the run of show and approved presentation materials needed for the edit. Our speaker video production services can include full recordings and excerpts as scoped.

Recorded video podcasts at the meeting
A recorded podcast can bring executives, educators, customers and partners into a longer conversation. A booth, suite or quieter meeting location may work, depending on background sound, available space and permission to record there.
Plan guest appointments, topics, camera positions and microphone setup before the session. Leave time between conversations for adjustments and guest changes. Full episodes, selected segments and short clips can be included in the brief. Check sound conditions before committing to a location, especially near active demonstrations or public announcements.
Highlight films, social edits and captions
A highlight film can connect booth activity, product details and interview remarks into a story for people who could not attend. A focused product edit may draw on the same footage while answering a more specific question for a prospective buyer.
Choose the intended channels and versions before filming. Vertical cuts, captions, name graphics and different runtimes affect framing and editing. Agree delivery scope, review stages and deadlines, including who can approve content during the meeting. Fast turnaround requires a specific capture, edit and review plan; it should be confirmed in the quote.
Private events and press briefings in New York
Your meeting week may include a partner gathering, press briefing, private demonstration or corporate reception away from the exhibition floor. Coverage can document the setting, key people, remarks and interactions, with priorities set by the host.
Include the venue, access contact, setup window and travel time in the production schedule. Permission at Javits does not establish permission at another location. Tell us which branding, sponsor details and announcements need dedicated photographs or footage so they receive appropriate attention.
Pre-show invitations and agency capture crews
Before the meeting, a concise invitation or product teaser can explain what visitors will see, where to find your booth and how to arrange a conversation. We can discuss separate pre-show production or editing from approved existing assets. Confirm your booth details, call to action and release schedule. Content supports awareness and follow-up without promising a particular level of traffic.
Agencies and remote editors may already have the creative direction and need an on-site capture team. Our camera and film crews for hire can work to an agreed shot list, schedule and technical brief. Confirm camera and audio requirements, file organization, transfer deadlines and editorial handoff. Raw footage, proxies and project files are included only when agreed.
Prepare your dental meeting production brief
- Define the audience and use. Identify the products, messages and finished content your team needs.
- Map the schedule. Supply booth number, coverage hours, launches, guest appointments and offsite locations.
- Prepare products and people. Arrange clean samples, operators, spokespersons, approved screen content and reset time.
- Coordinate permissions. Confirm access, filming approvals, participant consent and release restrictions with the appropriate contacts.
- Agree deliverables. Specify formats, versions, editing, revisions, deadlines and the approval contact.
- Plan crew responsibilities. Account for simultaneous interviews, photography, demonstrations and presentations.
Use the organizer’s current exhibitor instructions for operational requirements and access arrangements. Production timing should follow confirmed rules and permissions. A booth interview, product reset and presentation may all need attention at once, so hours alone do not determine the staffing plan.
Questions exhibitors ask before hiring a crew
Can photography and video be covered together?
Yes, the scope can include both. We plan crew roles around simultaneous activities and the attention each deliverable requires.
Can we record technical demonstrations on a busy floor?
We can plan around the location, product and sound conditions. Dedicated demonstration slots and repeated steps often make the sequence easier to explain.
Can our agency handle the edit?
Capture-only support can be arranged with recording specifications, file delivery and responsibilities agreed before the shoot.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send dates, booth and venue details, schedule, product priorities, participants, desired outputs and deadlines. Crew, equipment, editing and delivery requirements shape the quote.
